Pilot McNeff was flying a DPS helicopter in a rainstorm when it crashed in a cotton field near Marana. The DPS aircraft was en route to Catalina to pick up a pregnant woman and fly her to a Tucson hospital.

    He was a wonderful Officer! He worked out of TIA and I was a TIA PD Officer! That was a busy time for First Responders! They could have turned down the mission and didn’t! No Greater Love can one have than the two souls on board that flight! God Bless and Rest In Peace 🙏💔
