We have a multitude of ways you can benefit and participate in this event.
State Troopers from across the country will gather in Arizona to take part in the 2019 National Troopers Coalition Spring conference. We invite you to take part in this special event as a corporate sponsor and assist us in promoting a positive law enforcement image.
If you choose to attend as a vendor youāll be able to showcase your company to over 250 troopers and agency leaders representing 43 state police agencies and have the ability to interact with both decision makers and labor groups who can carry your message home with them.
Finally, if neither option above fits your needs, you can always donate to the event and help us facilitate bringing all of these associations together to provide them with national representation. Your donation will place you on our honor roll list of donors displayed throughout the event.
Interact with over 250 attendees from 43 states and over 47 agencies. Meet with decision makers and labor representatives that can take your message home with them.
Exhibit Hall Specifics
The exhibit hall is open Tuesday and Wednesday, April 2nd and 3rd from 9am until 4pm. You may begin setting up your area anytime after 2pm on Monday, April 1st.

Opportunities
Becoming a sponsor is the most visible and recognizable way to participate. As an event sponsor you’ll get a lot attention and the ability to take advantage of that recognition as one of our most important supporters. We have three different ways to do this.
Our first and greatest value is the Platinum Sponsorship. This package will get you the greatest amount of benefit and visibility at the event including the ability to speak to all attendees at one of our keynote presentations. You’ll be included on all of our promotional materials and have the largest presence in the exhibit hall as well as benefit of being a Table Sponsor at the formal dinner on Monday evening.
The next level of sponsorship is the Gold package. This package offers you a larger booth size in the exhibit hall, recognition on all promotional materials and and an invitation to the formal dinner including four (4) tickets for your representatives.
Finally, even if you can’t attend for the extended time period of the exhibit hall and still want to make your support known, you can sponsor a table at the formal dinner. Your table will seat ten (10) including two (2) tickets available to you and your representatives should you choose this option. The table will have a custom table tent display recognizing your support and can include any promotional materials you’d like to display. You’ll also be able to create a more personal connection with out attendees should you be able to attend.

Vendor Opportunities
If you choose to attend as a vendor youāll be able to showcase your company to over 250 troopers and agency leaders representing 43 state police agencies and have the ability to interact with both decision makers and labor groups who can carry your message home with them.Ā We have three different ways you can take advantage of your presence at the event.
With a vendor table, you’ll be able to grab the attention of attendees and they enter and exit the exhibit hall during the event and sell/demonstrate your products. You can pass out promotional materials, show any video presentations or software demos as your table will be equipped with power for any equipment you decide to bring with you.
You can also purchase an event banner. These high quality vertical banners are over five (5) feet tall and can be customized with your branding and logo to give you the visibility and recognition you need to get our attendees attention. Their a great option even if you can attend the event in person. You can use them to drive people to your corporate website or highlight a new product or service.
Finally, if you’d like to make a more personal connection, you can attend the formal event dinner on Monday evening and mingle with our attendees by purchasing a dinner ticket for each person in your party.
