Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

AZTroopers has a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your merchandise to AZTroopers within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. You, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and any new shipping charges for an exchange. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee and must be in new unopened condition. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

We will only honor returns on orders placed directly with AZTroopers. We will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at other retail locations. Exchange must be for the same product, or a product of the same value. AZTroopers does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States.

Gifts may be exchanged only if original packaging is intact and in unopened or new condition. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1) Send us an email about your return to returns@aztroopers.org and include your contact information, order number and reason for your return or exchange.

2) We will contact you with more details regarding the specifics of returning your item.
When mailing your return, we recommend insuring the package and getting a tracking number.
