A suspect in Mississippi was caught on camera headbutting a deputy on his way to court Thursday morning, reports WPTV.
Robbery suspect Daniel Stewart Berry, 21, was on his way to court when he cursed and headbutted a Union County, MS, deputy, breaking his nose. He was quickly carried off and detained.
Berry is also accused of assaulting a jail worker who brought him dinner Wednesday night.
He is now charged with one count of strong armed robbery and two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer.
