Though she is 38 years old Sara has Down Syndrome and functions at a 8 year old level. She has also recently been suffering from delusions that she is wanted by the law and has romantic relationships with men that are not factual. Sara has very little interpersonal skills and may not ask for help if contacted. She is geographically challenged and is not aware of her surroundings making it very easy for her to get lost. Sara has no access to money, social media or a phone and is not carrying any ID. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater, dark pants and had on rainbow unicorn shoes.
