SILVER ALERT – RONALD COTTER – EL MIRAGE PD

RECOVERED* On 11/10/17, at approximately 0130 hours, Ronald Cotter returned home on his own with no apparent injuries or illnesses. Ronald advised he was driving around because he was lost. Ronald’s wife contacted the El Mirage Police Department at approximately 0308 hours to advise Ronald had returned home. This investigation is closed.

Ronald is a white male, 77 years old, 5’9’’, 150 lbs., with grey hair and green eyes. Ronald was last seen wearing a grey plaid shirt, blue jeans and grey tennis shoes. Ronald has a valid AZ OLN D07199696, and is currently in NCIC/ACJIS as a missing/endangered person.
