On Sunday, December 9th, 2018, at about 5:00 p.m., Pedro while waiting in line to cross from San Luis, Mexico, to San Luis, Arizona, exited the vehicle and left walking. Pedro crossed the San Luis Port of Entry on the same date, at about 8:20 p.m. and has not been seen since.
Pedro is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, approximately 170 pounds, with black with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing brown pants, black with white shirt, black jacket and black shoes. He was last seen walking. He left without his medication and suffers from mental conditions. The San Luis Police Department has been unsuccessful in the efforts to locate Pedro and is requesting assistance from the public.
