Mr. Morgan was located at 2140 hours by a civilian calling 911. Mr. Morgan was located at a gas station in the area of St. Mary’s Rd / I-10. Tucson PD arrived on scene. Mr. Morgan was released to a family member. No medical attention was needed.
On September 10, 2018, at approximately 1330 hours, Kenneth L. Morgan left the assisted living facility at 2365 W. Orange Grove Road. Morgan was last seen wearing a white polo shirt and black and white plaid shorts. Morgan left the facility driving a silver 2005 Cadillac Deville bearing AZ registration BBY6402, with a AAA sticker on the middle of the back bumper. Morgan was going to Walmart on La Cholla Road near the Foothills Mall. Morgan did not take his walker or his oxygen tank with him. Morgan suffers from Vascular Dementia, COPD and numerous other health problems. Morgan is known to frequent Arizona City where he used to live.
