Per Jimmie’s family he may appear confused and disoriented and further described him as being forgetful. Currently, Jimmie’s pattern of movement appears as though he is exhibiting signs and symptoms of confusion. Sightings have shown he’s moving erratically in the west valley and as far as Quartzsite.
