Today at 1130 hours, Ismael Ruiz (92) Hispanic male 6’0″, 186, Brown hair, Brown eyes and David Ruiz (61) Hispanic male 5’11”, 155, Gray hair, Brown eyes. Ismael was last seen wearing a blue and white striped polo and jeans. David was last seen wearing a green shirt with a peanut on it and beige shorts. They both left the area of the 1200 block of East Silver in Tucson area driving a White 2012 Chevy Colorado with an Arizona license plate of WCEME68. They were headed to pick up another son but never arrived at the destination. Ismael suffers from Alzheimers and David is mentally handicapped. This is being reported by Tucson Police Department.
