At approximately 2:00 PM, Felice Parham had been dropped off at a Food City located at 1005 N. Arizona Av, Chandler, AZ. A friend of the family claimed he saw her at approximately 1:00 PM at the apartment complex entrance (the residence). During an area search, the family advised Felice’s bank card was used at a Shell station for $5.86 in the area of 1000 E. Ray Road in Chandler. The Clerk at the Shell Station advised Felice appeared to be lost and confused.
On 04-03-19 at approximately 9:15 PM, Felice’s family reported that she was missing from their residence in the area of 200 E. Ray Rd., Chandler, AZ.
Felice has dementia, has high blood pressure and gets confused. She believes she is in Detroit, MI. Felice either forgets or refuses take her medication. Felice has gone missing multiple times, but she has always found her way home. Felice does not have a cellphone with her.
