She called him in as a missing person at 1832 hours (6:32 pm) when he had not returned. He was last seen on video surveillance where he lived getting into his vehicle and leaving. His wife said it was unusual for him to leave without her, not to tell her he was leaving, or to be gone for this long. The subject has no medical or mental issues other than needing a cane or other device to assist him with walking around. He was driving a silver/gray color 2009 Honda CRV with Arizona Wheel Chair Plate EPY94.
