Preliminary Information of Missing Subject:
On Saturday 27 July 2019 at approximately 4:00am family of Donna Bitterman awoke to find her missing from the home in the area of North 14th Street and East Bell Road. She was last seen at approximately 10:30pm on Friday 26 July 2019.
Donna is described as being an 85 year old white female being approximately five (5) feet tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown / gray hair. She was last seen wearing a white and two-tone blue striped shirt, jeans and black house slippers. She does not have her identification, wallet, keys and cellular telephone with her. Her vehicle is still at the residence and it is believed she left the residence on foot.
Due to a recent medical event Donna’s ability to navigate has become extremely diminished and she may be disoriented.
Mrs. Bitterman was located and is safe. Phoenix PD has cancelled the Silver Alert.
