On 12/04/2018, at approximately 1410hrs, Brenda called a friend to ask for directions to her home in Scottsdale from the Target located at 16806 N 7th ST PHX, AZ. Several hours later the friend called Brenda to ensure she made it home but discovered Brenda’s phone was off. She drove to Brenda’s residence in Scottsdale and saw she was not there prompting her to call police. The last known location for Brenda’s phone was in the area of S 20th PL and E Granite View DR. This would have been at about 1420hrs indicating Brenda was not at the Target in north PHX when she believed she was.
