Judith Schnepf is 72 years old and suffers from Dementia. She was last seen by her family at their residence around 2000 hours. At approximately 2150 hours, she asked for water at a residence in the 1700 block of Laguna Road. Our agency received the report at approximately 0220 hours, and Search & Rescue was activated and has been searching since shortly after the call was received. Judith was reportedly last seen on foot wearing a black jogging suit, carrying a pack of Marlboro red cigarettes, headed towards Highway 95.
