Preliminary Information of Missing Subject:
The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with attempting to locate 74-year-old Joseph Collins. Mr. Collins suffers from severe memory loss and confusion. On January 26,2020, Mr. Collins drove away from his residence near the 3000 block of North Little Brook Place at approximately 6 p.m. and did not return. A similar incident occurred on January 1, 2020, where Mr. Collins drove away and did not return, only to be found in the area of E. Tanque Verde and N. Bear Canyon. Mr. Collins was last seen driving a white 1999 Plymouth Voyager minivan with AZ license plate CDF5976. Mr. Collins recently purchased the vehicle, so the plate is not registered to him. Mr. Collins is a black male, approximately 5’4″, 220 pounds, brown eyes, salt and pepper hair. Mr. Collins was last seen wearing a gray and white horizontally striped shirt, black pants and black shoes. He does not have a cellular phone with him. Anyone with information on the possible whereabouts of Mr. Collins is asked to call 911 immediately.
