Greg Robinson reported to the Board on three issues:
1) Collection started on Default judgment awarded on Paul Sennett’s outstanding loan.

2) Theodore Edwards contacted Greg about suit, gave $500.00 check towards amount on 2 outstanding loans. Suit moving forward.
3) Received request from Greg Girard on Department’s museum for set-up on 501C3 IRS account.
DISTRICT REPORTS:
Majority of the District reports concerned the off-duty ADOT construction problem & 24 hour coverage with lack of manpower in outlaying Districts.
Celina Murrieta-Gonzales reported that several Dispatchers are going to attend the bill signing ceremony on CORP. A meeting is scheduled concerning the border violence.
Mike Sloaneker reported that he sent out a letter to the three crime labs about the Association.
Raul Garcia Jr, reported that 3 Officers completed the motor school. Sgt. Keegan will be retiring soon.
Bill Rogers reported that due to the opening of the Scottsdale office, 2 squads are moving from KS.
GUEST SPEAKER – MIKE LEHAR:
Mike addressed the Board and wanted to thank the Association on the support given to the John Walker Rodeo, which was having the 40th anniversary this weekend.

OLD BUSINESS:
Dave Schroder advised the Board that all of the work to the Cabin has been completed except for the replacement of the screen door. Work on the main cabin roof is ongoing and should be completed next week.
President Chavez addressed the Board on the Leslie Nielson update:
a) Scripts have been given to Nielson for review on the move-over law & volunteer program.
b) Photos scripts for the golf, bass fishing, & rodeo given for review.
President Chavez addressed the Board on the Phoenix Coyote’s 50/50 raffle being held on January 6th. We need approximately 30 volunteers to sell tickets during the game. If interested contact President Chavez, you will receive a free ticket for the game

Retiree BBQ will be held at the Department’s headquarters early next year. Committee formed to start work.
Dave Schroder advised the Board that the new ring molds should be ready for inspection next week. If they pass, new ring orders should start next month.

NEW BUSINESS:
President Chavez addressed the Board on the funeral for Bruce Harrolle. The Association paid for the two buses used for transportation from the Headquarters building to the service. Flowers were sent to the Church service, but due to a mis-communication with the florist, they were not taken to the hanger for the memorial service. Question was presented why the Association Badge wreath was not present. Information given was that the Association wreath is only presented to a member. This is one of the benefits for membership.
Motion was made by Dave Schroder, seconded by Bert Cheney to have a donation made to the Harrolle account in the amount of $500.00. Motion carried.
Celina Murrieta-Gonzales advised the Board that on January 10th, a cleanup is being setup for Manny Tapia in the Nogales area. Further details pending.
