Budget.  Total revenue projected is $647,980.00  Total expenses
Projected $633,807.00.  Net income $ 14,173.00

STATE BUDGET:
President Swann advised that due to the latest budget plan submitted to the Governor being vetoed, if a new State budget is not passed by July 1, the pay for sworn officers will not go into effect.  When the budget does become law, the pay will be back paid to July 1.  Before the pay plan can go into effect, it must be passed by the JLBC (Joint Legislative Budget Committee).

President Swann stated that $700,000.00 marked for civilian pay will be placed as a trigger in the State budget. (A trigger is where if a certain amount of the total state revenue received by the state exceeds what was expected; this extra revenue trips triggers that were placed in the budget allowing them to be paid for).  Senator Jack Harper is working with President Swann on this trigger placement.

LEGAL REPORT:
Greg Robinson re-addressed the board on flyers/mailers
received from Robert Morse(Home Mortgage)using officer’s home addresses.  Greg stated he mailed a letter to them and the letter was returned due to the address listed not being correct.  Greg asked if anyone receives a new flyer, contact him so he can address this issue.
