By PoliceOne Staff OKEMAH, Okla. — A federal agent heading home from training in a department van was killed Friday when his vehicle collided with a truck on an Oklahoma interstate, ODMP reported.
National Nuclear Security Administration Agent Kristopher Youngberg, 41, had just attended training in Arkansas with three other agents. They were on their way back to Texas when their van hit a truck that was making a U-turn in an interstate median.
The three other agents were critically injured. Youngberg suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
Youngberg served in the U.S. Marine Corps and had worked with the National Nuclear Security Administration for eight years.
He leaves behind a wife, two children, sister and father.
