A U.S. Border Patrol agent from Oswego reportedly admitted to sending and receiving child pornography “both at home and while at work,” according to Syracuse.com.
Operating under the alias “Capt Hook” on the mobile messaging application Kik, 54-year-old Keith Hook allegedly distributed child pornography via a computer address associated with his work at the Border Patrol in Oswego (NY) as well as from an out-of-state hotel near where he traveled for training.
Hook faces between five and 20 years in prison, if convicted.
