Two Birmingham (AL) police officers were injured Thursday while pursuing a pair of carjacking suspects, according to Fox News.
The officers were in separate patrol vehicles when one was hit head-on and the other was sideswiped, according to WBRC-TV.
“At one point, one of the suspects attempted to run over one of the officers,” WBRC said in a report.
Both officers are expected to recover.
